Role Description

  • Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and local networks.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial screening or preliminary interactions with candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates throughout the process.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Assist the HR team with job postings and employer branding initiatives.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and updates.
  • Work efficiently under pressure and achieve recruitment targets within the set timelines.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Job Description Development and Recruiting
  • Proficiency in Hiring and Interviewing skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site and interact with different departments
  • Understanding of workforce needs and recruitment strategies
  • Experience in the management consulting industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
