Job description :Key Responsibilities : User Support & Troubleshooting :

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to end users both remotely.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues on Windows only.
  • Support Office 365/Exchange Online environments, including email, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Troubleshoot networking issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
  • Configure and troubleshoot printers, print servers, and network printing solutions (HP, Canon, Brother).

Systems Administration :Microsoft 365 & Exchange :

  • Administer O365 user accounts, licenses, and security policies via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
  • Configure and manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams for business collaboration.
  • Implement email security, spam filtering, and encryption (Microsoft Defender, Axcient X360 Cloud).
  • Support OneDrive sync issues, permissions, and backup strategies.
  • Manage on-prem Exchange Server (2016, 2019 ), mailbox databases, public folders, and transport rules.
  • Support hybrid Exchange deployments and migrations to O365.

Windows Server & Active Directory :

  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022).
  • Manage Active Directory (on-prem and hybrid Azure AD)
  • Perform troubleshooting on domain controllers, network shares, and access permissions.
  • Support Windows Server patching, updates, and security hardening.

Azure AD & Identity Management :

  • Administer Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) for identity management and authentication.
  • Configure hybrid AD environments (Azure AD Connect, ADFS).
  • Implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access policies.
  • Manage role-based access control (RBAC) and security group policies.

Virtualization & Cloud Hosting :

  • Deploy and manage virtual machines (VMs) using VMware vSphere and Hyper-V.
  • Troubleshoot VM performance issues, storage allocations, and networking.Preferred Experience with the Following Technologies (or Alternatives) :
