Role & responsibilities

  • Originating and developing new relationships with emphasis on MFIs and NBFCs and managing existing credit relationships to achieve volume & revenue budgets.
  • Handling of Corporate MFIs and NBFCs in Western region.
  • Assisting in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans as well as administering and monitoring relationships.
  • Regularly monitoring credit quality of client portfolio and make recommendation to business strategies.
  • Handling Various Audit queries including RBI Audit.
  • Ensuring CMS and Corporate Salary setups for the customers. Achieving Fx income targets.
  • Crystallizing value added deals with clients having high fee potential
  • Maintaining good relationships & working closely with RL and other verticals of the Ba

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA Finance with 3 years of experience.
  • Good analytical skills
  • Experience in lending to MFIs (Microfinance) and structured products.
  • Strong financial Analysis Skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong communication (Written and Oral)
  • Eye For detail
