Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic
Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and driving consistent sales growth in both B2B and institutional segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage
    client leads
    through online and offline channels.
  • Drive
    sales conversions
    and meet monthly targets.
  • Conduct
    client calls, presentations, and kick-off meetings
    to understand requirements and pitch solutions.
  • Prepare and submit
    RFPs (Request for Proposals)
    and
    quotations
    .
  • Create and manage
    Sales Orders
    within company systems.
  • Coordinate with the
    Operations Team
    for production planning and ensure
    timely delivery
    .
  • Maintain clear and consistent
    communication with clients
    regarding order progress and timelines.
  • Manage all sales and client interactions using the company's
    dedicated CRM/ERP tool
    .
  • Approach
    schools, colleges, brands, and corporates
    (online and offline) to pitch Melangebox offerings.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly
    sales and revenue targets
    set by the company.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in
    B2B / institutional / apparel sales
    preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent
    communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    .
  • Strong client relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
  • Proficiency in using CRM or ERP tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and organised.
