Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition 
- Identify staffing needs and create job descriptions. 
- Source, screen, and interview candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new hires. 
- Employee Relations & Engagement 
- Maintain a positive work culture and resolve workplace conflicts. 
- Organize team-building activities and wellness programs.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and performance reviews. 
- Payroll & Compensation Management 
- Process salaries, incentives, and reimbursements. 
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws.
- Manage attendance, leaves, and work-hour tracking. 
- Compliance & Policy Implementation 
- Develop and enforce company policies, including workplace ethics. 
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Handle documentation and employee contracts. 
- Training & Development 
- Plan skill enhancement programs for employees. 
- Arrange workshops on photography, videography, and media trends.
- Monitor employee progress and suggest growth opportunities. 
- Performance Management 
- Establish clear KPIs and performance benchmarks. 
- Conduct periodic evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Implement performance improvement plans when necessary. 
- Workplace Safety & Well-being 
- Ensure a safe and inclusive work environment. 
- Handle grievances related to workplace safety or harassment.
- Promote mental health and work-life balance initiatives. 
- Office Administration & Employee Support 
- Oversee office operations and facilities. 
- Manage employee benefits (insurance, leaves, perks).
