Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Customer Support representative, based in Mumbai. The role involves assisting customers through the housing selection process, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key tasks include responding to customer queries, providing technical support regarding the platform, resolving concerns, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Additionally, the representative will collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer experience and contribute to business growth.
Qualifications
- Excellent Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to effectively respond to and resolve client inquiries.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Technical Support to assist customers in navigating the platform and troubleshooting issues.
- Analytical Skills to evaluate customer needs, review feedback, and implement solutions for improved service.
- Effective communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail.
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and local languages is highly desirable.
