How will you do it?

  • Evaluate and approve warranty claims with a value of up to $5k, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Process all extended warranty claims accurately and promptly to enhance customer experience.
  • Identify and escalate warranty-related issues to warranty admin 3 or the manager as necessary.
  • Maintain and update the warranty counter to reflect accurate claim statuses.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of warranty claims to identify trends, potential fraud, and root causes of product issues.
  • Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and customer service teams to resolve warranty-related problems efficiently.
  • Train and mentor new team members on warranty processes, systems, and best practices to ensure a knowledgeable team.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of warranty transactions and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare detailed presentations and reports for management on warranty performance metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline warranty processes, reduce turnaround times, and enhance overall service quality.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding warranty claims and customer inquiries, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor warranty claims for compliance with terms and conditions and advise on corrective actions as needed.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and user guides for warranty processes and systems.

What we look for?

  • Graduate with 6 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the required knowledge and skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Word, and Outlook, with strong analytical skills to interpret data effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency in meeting deadlines.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly customer-focused, capable of managing conflicting priorities while maintaining a positive customer experience.
