Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager Accounts & Finance

Location: Delhi -Aerocity(Initial then moved to Jewar Noida)

Experience Required: 8–10 Years

Qualification: MBA (Finance) or Chartered Accountant (CA)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance professional with strong exposure in the manufacturing or infrastructure project sector. The role involves managing project financials, handling loan down-selling activities with various lenders, preparing financial models, and ensuring accurate MIS and cash flow management for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end financial management of manufacturing or infrastructure projects.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project financial models, including revenue projections, cost estimations, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Manage loan down-selling with various banks and financial institutions; coordinate for fund raising, documentation, and compliance.
  • Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports, project costing, and variance analysis for management review.
  • Monitor cash flows to ensure adequate liquidity for project execution.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and fund allocation for multiple project sites.
  • Handle banking operations, including term loans, working capital, and LC/BG management.
  • Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate closely with project, procurement, and operations teams for smooth financial coordination.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of project finance, corporate accounting, and fund management.
  • Proven experience in loan down-selling and lender relationship management.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and MIS reporting.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing / EPC / infrastructure project costing.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Tally) and advanced Excel.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
