We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive growth in our educational programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education marketing, excellent strategic planning skills, and hands-on experience in both traditional and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive student enrolments.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.
  • Collaborate with academic and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
  • Manage the creation of marketing materials — brochures, creatives, videos, and promotional content.
  • Plan and execute events, seminars, and outreach programs to promote courses and partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing regular reports and insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and educational partners.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing executives to ensure effective implementation of marketing plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the education or training industry.
  • Proven track record of driving enrolments and achieving marketing KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of both online and offline marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
