We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Intern with an MBA (Marketing) background to support our marketing initiatives in the education sector. The intern will gain hands-on experience in strategy, campaign management, brand building, and event execution, while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning – Offline Marketing

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct research to identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive insights.

2. Brand Management

  • Contribute to strengthening brand visibility across offline platforms.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across campaigns and communications.

3. Campaigns & Lead Generation

  • Support in planning and managing student recruitment campaigns across offline channels (events, partnerships, print).
  • Assist in driving lead generation and nurturing activities to achieve enrollment targets.

4. Digital Marketing Assistance

  • Contribute to website, social media, and content marketing initiatives.
  • Track performance through analytics and assist in preparing ROI reports.

5. Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing team members to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Collaborate with admissions, academics, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with institutional goals.

6. Events & Partnerships

  • Assist in organizing education fairs, workshops, webinars, and campus events.
  • Help in building and maintaining partnerships with schools, universities, and industry bodies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA in Marketing (pursuing or recently completed).
  • Strong interest in marketing within the education sector.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with digital marketing tools is an advantage.
