Job Summary:

Skill: Group Finance

Work Location: [TCS Olympus - Thane, Mumbai]

Shift: 04:30 AM to 01:30 PM

All candidates should be comfortable with Rotational Week-off / 5 Days Work From Office

Education / Qualifications:

  • Full time regular education Preferably from finance & accounting background, i.e. B.com, M.com)

  • Candidates should be a CA Inter or CA Final

Job Role:

  • The Financial controller is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate
  • Financial reporting compliance with statutory requirements and implementation of effective financial controls.
  • The role involves strategic financial planning, managing the accounting team and partnering with leadership to drive
  • Profitability and growth

Skills:

  • Strong accounting and Financial Management expertise
  • Knowledge in IFRS & GAAP
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle Info M3)
  • Advanced excel and financial modelling skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder Management skills

Job Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Oversee timely and accurate preparation of financial statements. (P&L, Balance sheet, Cash flow), Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts, Monitor budget vs actual performance and perform variance analysis
  • Product costing: Compute standard cost of products, Monitor actual vs standard cost variances and analyze reasons, Conduct Margin Analysis by product, Business Unit, Support R&D /New product Development with costing simulations
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with business heads to provide financial insights and support business decisions, Prepare financial presentations for Senior management, board meeting or Investors

Must Have Skills:

  • CA/CMA qualification Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial Reporting & Compliance
  • IFRS, GAAP
  • Product costing

Good To Have Skills:

  • Stakeholder Management,
  • Partner with business heads to provide financial insights and support business decisions
