Job Responsibilities :

  • Correlates planning and scheduling of orders by closely working with manufacturing team for material planning & machine loading to obtain optimum utilization of equipment and on-time delivery of products.
  • Responsible for planning, releasing, monitoring, rescheduling, updating and closure of assigned purchase orders.
  • Revises and reschedules purchase orders when necessary
  • Capture necessary communication on BOM to be relayed to Operations through purchase order release.
  • Forecast analysis to report on the variance, capacity constraint & resource arrangement.
  • Analyze all phases of WIP (work-in-process) and follow-up action.
  • Using ERP, reports the capacity required, checks on the new products/standard cost/SCRF approvals as per NRP/Forecast planning.
  • Generation of Invoices/shipping documents soon after the dispatch and courier them to buyer to affect the AR as per due date
  • Sales documents / Bank Documents, customer documents & Internal documents and records to be maintained as per requirement & standards.
  • On time documentation: Pre-shipping & Post shipping documents.
  • Tracking with the Liner & forwarder for container / vessel sailing status & also the delivery schedules with reference to committed ETD & ETA.
  • Daily reports of FG/ FR and follow up with production team for dispatches as and when the container is reported to avoid halting and additional expenses.
  • Duty payment to customs for Domestic sales/scrap/re export.
