Job Description:

As a Senior Executive - Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our daily operations. You will be involved in coordinating with various teams, streamlining processes, and helping to drive operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization: Streamline and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, customer service, and finance, to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of tasks.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor daily operations and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational goals and standards are met.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify operational bottlenecks and provide solutions to address issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business activities.
  • Inventory and Resource Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently, and stock levels are aligned with demand.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, providing insights on performance and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Interaction: Liaise with customers as needed to resolve operational issues or provide support regarding service delivery.

Skills Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in operations management or a similar role.
  • Educational Qualification: Any graduate (preference for candidates with a background in operations, business, or related fields).
  • Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and any other operational software.

o Strong analytical skills and ability to handle data to make informed decisions.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and customers.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to monitor processes, track performance, and ensure accuracy in operational tasks.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
