Role Summary :
The Accounting & Taxation Specialist will ensure smooth delivery of accounting, bookkeeping, and taxation services to clients, including Foreign Invested Enterprises (FIEs). The role involves maintaining accurate books of accounts, ensuring regulatory compliance, preparing tax returns, providing financial consultancy, and supporting client relations.
Role & responsibilities :
- Handle full sets of accounts in compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and local accounting standards.
- Prepare vouchers, ledgers, and financial statements in English for multiple clients.
- Manage bookkeeping, accounting records, and secure storage of client documentation.
- Prepare and file client tax returns; liaise with tax authorities, banks, CPA firms, and regulators.
- Support clients in cash flow management and financial consultancy.
- Participate in ad-hoc accounting and taxation projects.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables from clients.
- Assist with general office administration and cross-department coordination.
Preferred candidate profile : 2-3 Years Mininum experience with Hongkong, Singapore Accounting exp, or any international accounting exp.
