About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Manager / IT Manager to lead our IT and cloud operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and project management. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can manage teams, vendors, and clients while driving innovative IT and cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or other platforms).
  • Develop and execute cloud migration strategies and ensure ongoing optimization.
  • Monitor cloud performance, availability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, network administration, systems, and helpdesk support.
  • Implement and enforce IT policies, security protocols, and disaster recovery processes.
  • Plan and execute IT projects including cloud migrations, deployments, and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Manage budgets, procurement, vendors, and third-party services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to deliver successful projects.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop IT and cloud teams.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

  • Data analytics and BI
  • Regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Cloud security certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).

Experience:

  • 8+ years in IT management with strong cloud technology expertise.
  • Proven experience managing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Demonstrated success in IT project management.
  • Experience working with clients/stakeholders in a technical capacity.
  • Strong background in IT infrastructure and security.

Preferred Certifications:

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect (or equivalent).
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator (or equivalent).
  • ITIL Foundation (or equivalent).
