Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Manager to lead our team, oversee daily operations, and ensure the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to drive performance, manage resources, and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve individual and organizational targets.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day operations and tasks.
  • Set clear objectives and KPIs for team members and track performance regularly.
  • Ensure effective implementation of company policies and processes.
  • Identify and solve operational problems, providing timely solutions.
  • Prepare and present reports on team performance, project status, and other key metrics to senior management.
  • Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflows and collaboration.
  • Handle escalations, customer concerns, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using management tools .
  • Problem-solving mindset with a results-oriented approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.94 per month
