About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually compelling marketing materials, including flyers, banners, social media images, videos, and other digital and print assets. Your designs will play a crucial role in enhancing brand identity and driving engagement across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Creativity:

  • Create high-quality, visually appealing designs for marketing collateral such as flyers, banners, posters, brochures, and advertisements.
  • Develop engaging digital assets for social media, email campaigns, and websites.
  • Produce creative video content and motion graphics for marketing and promotional purposes.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute designs that align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet business objectives.

Brand Consistency:

  • Maintain and enhance the company's visual identity across all platforms.
  • Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and implement innovative approaches in marketing materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in marketing or advertising.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or other relevant software.
  • Experience with video editing and creating motion graphics.
  • Familiarity with designing for both digital and print media.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects.

Portfolio:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including flyers, banners, videos, and other marketing materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
