Job Opening: Administrative Assistant Vendor Management
Location: Perungudi, Chennai
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Qualification: Diploma / Bachelors Degree (Any discipline)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Vendor Management team to ensure compliance with standards and procedures
- Perform day-to-day clerical and administrative tasks
- Respond to supplier calls and guide them through registration on the e-procurement system
- Update and maintain supplier data in the vendor portal
- Manage and maintain vendor-related files and documents
- Handle general correspondence (emails, letters, memos, forms, etc.)
- Ensure adherence to departmental policies, SOPs, and information security guidelines
Key Skills Required:
- Strong communication & coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of e-procurement / vendor portals
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good organizational and documentation skills
