We are looking for a Process Coordinator to ensure smooth execution of company processes by coordinating between departments, monitoring task progress, and ensuring timely completion of all assigned activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple follow-ups efficiently.

She will act as a bridge between the management and operational teams, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and process compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with staff and departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Monitor progress on various processes and maintain tracking sheets in Excel or internal systems.
  • Identify and report any bottlenecks or delays to the Managing Director (MD).
  • Assist in creating, implementing, and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate between different teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Maintain records, reports, and process documentation accurately.
  • Support the management team in reviewing and improving internal processes.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and follow-up discipline.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and documentation.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under supervision.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in coordination, administration, or operations.
  • Female candidates preferred.
