Negotiate rates with agents and obtain competitive freight
Identity key agents in every country and keep updating the same
Manage Air Import process and provide management direction and support to operations to achieve compliance and service standards.
Ensure that AWL India Air manpower structure is adequately manned with quality staff to manage the business
Develop, implement, and maintain Air Training Module and impart Training to Sales and Operations.
Ensure competitive pricing and prompt response to RFQ’s
To have and maintain all the Air product MIS and reports in place, line client base, target cutomers, Volume details, sector performance, yied etc
Perform audits regularly to ensure compliance with established policy and procedures.
Monitor and develop the Key route development in Air product and also have rates in place in cordination wih overseas.
Monitor the service performance of the Air products and have quality complicance in place.
Closely monitor the Yeild and and Gross margin % to Revenue.
Focus on Key Routes of the company
Cordinate with sales for enhancing the Air Volume and Business
Client Visit and Focuse on Aquisation of major Accounts
Sales Lead Management
Have Pricing in Place for Air Product
Review the Sales Funnel and focus on Top 20 Qualified accounts
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹39,561.83 per month
