**Brief Role**:
**MIS Cordinator**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Organize with internal departments as well as with remote offices in both the pre-planning and execution phases of the post-production process.
- Assist Production Manager with regular duties as necessary
- Communicate with assigned client regarding new projects, deadlines, assets, and status updates.
- Maintain and update our internal database.
- Maintain working knowledge of all production processes/workflows for all production services, including, but not limited to, visual effects, rotoscopy and paint practices.
- Ensure the inventory for a particular project is received on time, and assigned as required to the teams.
- Follow up with the teams to ensure that the quota for the week is achieved.
- Encourage and ensure the team maintains a positive morale for optimal productivity.
- Conduct dailies/reviews, and have all the notes available to all the artists at the right time.
- Be aware of and keep up-to-date with the company content security policies and procedures and ensure adherence to the same.

**Qualifications**:

- BA or BS degree strongly preferred.
- Must possess a high level of written, verbal, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Must have the ability to make decisions independently.
- Must have the ability to influence and coach others by communicating effectively and promoting a positive team environment.
- Must have a demonstrated ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize and be extremely detail-oriented.
- Must exhibit a consistent standard of excellence in all business communications.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. Microsoft Access, FilemakerPro or MySQL experience a plus.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and/or weekends to meet project deadlines.
