Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Study Abroad Counsellor/Officer/Operations professional, based in Noida. The role involves providing counseling and guidance to students and clients about study abroad opportunities, managing application processes, coordinating between clients and universities, and ensuring adherence to visa and immigration regulations. The professional will also handle document verification, support operational processes, and maintain up-to-date knowledge on global education systems.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of international education systems, university application processes, and visa/immigration regulations.
  • Proficiency in counseling, client communication, and problem-solving to guide individuals through study abroad processes.
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and coordination skills for handling operational tasks and documentation.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with applications for document management and online student application platforms are advantageous.
  • A bachelor's degree in any field, preferably with experience in the education or consultation sectors.
  • An approachable and empathetic demeanor with an ability to build trust and maintain strong client relationships.
