About the Role
As our HR Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping OPPAM's people strategy during a high-growth phase. You'll drive organizational scaling, set clear KPI's for performance and growth, and design systems that align with our mission of emotional wellness and inclusion. Beyond people operations, you'll build frameworks that ensure accountability, professional development, and long-term retention — while fostering a safe, inclusive, and thriving workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Scaling & Strategy: Build HR systems and structures to support organizational growth and scalability.
KPI & Metrics: Design, implement, and monitor KPIs for HR functions including recruitment, engagement, retention, and performance.
Talent Acquisition & Retention: Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy, onboarding, and retention programs.
Employee Engagement & Culture: Develop initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and alignment with organizational values.
Performance Management: Establish structured performance evaluation systems linked to measurable KPIs and growth opportunities.
Policy & Compliance: Assist in implementation of HR policies that reflect inclusivity, transparency, and compliance with labour regulations.
Learning & Development: Drive leadership development, upskilling programs, and continuous learning pathways.
Employee Relations: Handle complex employee relations with empathy, professionalism, and discretion.
Data-Driven HR: Leverage HR analytics to inform decision-making, workforce planning, and retention strategies.
Leadership Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.
Requirements
Master's or Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, or related field.
3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 1+ years in a senior or strategic HR role.
Proven track record in scaling organizations, setting and monitoring KPIs, and leading HR strategy.
Strong understanding of HR analytics, metrics, and performance measurement.
Experience in healthcare, mental health, Ed- Tech or nonprofit sectors preferred
