We are looking for a skilled HR Executive to join our team as an HR Generalist cum Admin. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders.

  • Handle employee onboarding, training, and development programs.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

  • Proven experience in HR generalist roles.

  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software applications.

  • Experience in managing administrative tasks and projects.
