Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive, located in Mumbai. The HR Executive will oversee and manage HR operations, implement HR policies, and promote a positive and productive workplace culture. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, supporting recruitment efforts, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The role also involves maintaining a consistent and effective approach to human resources strategies to support business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in HR Management and HR Operations
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
  • Familiarity with various aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment and compliance
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with employees and various departments
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
