Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive based in Mumbai. The HR Executive will handle end-to-end recruitment, manage talent acquisition processes, and coordinate onboarding and employee engagement initiatives. Responsibilities also include maintaining employee records, addressing employee queries, managing HR policies, and supporting the overall administrative functions of the HR department.

The work life of Human Resource Executive would be
–

  • Handle recruitment, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and manage daily HR operations.
  • Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
  • Address employee queries and support engagement activities.
  • Manage documentation.
  • Assist with exit formalities and HR reports.

Requirements ---

  • Graduate/ MBA in HR
  • Good communication, organizational skills, and HR operations knowledge.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience.
  • Freshers with Interest in HR role can also apply.
