Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Hyderabad, for a Manager, Customer Success. The Manager will take on responsibilities such as ensuring customer satisfaction, developing and implementing customer retention strategies, managing client accounts, and enhancing overall customer experience. The role also involves analyzing customer needs and feedback, addressing concerns promptly and efficiently, and fostering strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention
  • Strong Account Management capabilities and the ability to build and sustain client relationships
  • Exceptional Communication skills and the ability to address customer concerns effectively
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret customer feedback and create data-driven solutions
  • Experience managing teams and creating successful customer success strategies is a plus
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer relations, business management, or a related field
