Job Title: Accounts and Finance Executive

Location: Finactro LLP (Bengaluru / On site)

Experience: 1–2 years in similar domain

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain day‑to‑day accounting operations: journal entries, ledgers, general bookkeeping
  • Prepare and post accounting entries for accruals, prepaid expenses, depreciation, payments, etc.
  • Prepare MIS (Management Information Systems) reports: budgets vs. actuals, cash flow reports, variance analysis
  • Reconcile accounts: bank statements, intercompany, vendor, customer accounts
  • Handle statutory dues and compliance: GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.
  • Assist in month‑end and year‑end closing processes
  • Support audit and taxation processes by providing schedules and documentation
  • Liaise with internal teams (operations, payroll, procurement) for financial inputs
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, automation, and internal controls

Requirements & Skills

  • 1 to 3 years' experience in a finance & accounting role
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, lookup functions)
  • Experience in preparing MIS reports and financial dashboards
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, double entry bookkeeping
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance / dues (GST, TDS, EPF, ESI or equivalent)
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Good communication skills — able to explain financial data clearly
  • Familiarity with accounting / ERP software is a plus
