About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with 5+ years of experience in managing digital marketing, branding, or technology-driven projects. The ideal candidate will not only ensure timely project delivery but also focus on driving business growth, client satisfaction, and revenue outcomes. This role demands a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and the ability to align project execution with organizational revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across digital marketing, branding, and web/app development.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity in objectives, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Align project goals with business and revenue targets, ensuring each project contributes to company growth.
  • Monitor budgets, resources, and timelines to maximize profitability and ROI.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during project cycles.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure projects deliver measurable business results.
  • Mitigate risks, resolve challenges, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project status, financial outcomes, and future revenue opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of proven experience in project management within digital marketing, creative, or technology domains.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver revenue-driven outcomes and manage client accounts strategically.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar).
  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing multi-million INR/USD project budgets.

Good to Have

  • PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certifications.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to connect project success to business revenue impact.
  • Experience with international clients and global market projects.
  • Exposure to sales enablement, business development, or account management.
