Role Overview
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive Interns to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, client engagement, and business development. This role is ideal for final-year students or fresh graduates eager to build a career in IT sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients and leads.
- Communicate with clients about training programs, technology solutions and softwares that we resell.
- Support the sales team in lead management and deal closure.
- Maintain client data using CRM tools (Bigin or Zoho CRM - training provided if needed).
- Participate in sales meetings, discussions, conduct webminars/seminars/workshops, product demos and strategy planning.
- Travel for client meetings or business activities when required.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed MBA/BBA/B.Com (Sales, Marketing, Business Administration preferred) or other relevant courses.
- Final-year students welcome to apply.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills. Expecially good skills in Telecalling, sending business emails, WhatsApp etc.
- Fluency in English, Tamil, Hindi (preferred).
- Interest in sales, marketing, client interaction, and business development.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Canva, Figma, CRM tools (Zoho CRM, Bigin CRM) preferred; willingness to learn is essential.
- Good interpersonal skills: relationship building, empathy, persuasion, and negotiation.
