Analyst – Fund Finance

We provide virtual business process services to various types of overseas clients and this position is to be part of the team which will assist in production of monthly financial statements for corporate entity from the US Mortgage Finance industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Support treasury operations, including cash management and transaction monitoring.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to prepare calculations, reports, and financial analyses using formulas and spreadsheets.
  • Work with ERP systems and assist with accounting general ledger activities, including journal entry posting.
  • Communicate effectively through various channels such as Task Box, Email, Microsoft Teams, and other collaboration tools.
  • Follow step-by-step instructions accurately while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Organize and manage email inboxes efficiently to track tasks, approvals, and communications.
  • Manage multiple financial transactions simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of financial activities.
  • Work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

Qualifications / Preferred Skills

  • Strong understanding of bank reconciliations and treasury operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and spreadsheet calculations.
  • Experience with ERP systems and basic knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger, and journal entries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in accounting, finance, or treasury-related roles.
  • Experience working in a shared services or corporate finance environment.

Work From Home

TIMINGS: 6:30PM to 3:30AM (EST 8:00AM to 5:00PM)
