About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled Data Analyst with solid hands-on experience in Python to help us analyze, interpret, and visualize healthcare and operational data. You'll play a key role in turning raw data into insights that support better decision-making across our rehabilitation centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (patient, operational, HR, and financial).
  • Develop data models and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
  • Automate reports and streamline data processing using Python and Excel.
  • Collaborate with management to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement through data-driven analysis.

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn).
  • Experience with SQL and Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Understanding of data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau (preferred).
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in healthcare or service-oriented organizations.
  • Immediate joiner.
