Recruitment,Joining ,Onboarding,Attendance and Leaves Management.Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database.
Prepare and issue offer letters to selected candidates.
2. Joining Formalities & Documentation:
Facilitate all pre-joining formalities, including background checks and document collection.
Ensure all necessary new hire paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Create and maintain comprehensive employee personnel files (both physical and digital).
3. Onboarding:
Plan and execute a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Conduct HR induction sessions, covering company policies, culture, and benefits.
Coordinate with IT and other departments for workstation setup, email accounts, and necessary access for new employees.
Act as the first point of contact for new hires to address their initial queries and concerns.
4. Attendance & Leaves Management:
Manage and monitor daily employee attendance records using the designated HR software/system.
Process and track employee leave requests (sick leave, casual leave, annual leave, etc.) in accordance with company policy.
Address attendance and leave-related queries from employees.
Generate regular attendance and leave reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company attendance policies and labor regulations.
