Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Manager located in Gandhi Nagar. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The tasks include developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, managing the recruitment and selection process, supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Additionally, the HR Manager will also manage employee relations, performance management, and ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment and selection, and employee relations
  • Skills in HR strategy development, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Knowledge of HR systems, databases, and legal compliance
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive roles is a plus
