HR Generalist

The candidate will assist in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and ensure smooth implementation of HR processes and policies.Experience: 2-3 YearsLocation: BangaloreEmployment Type: Full-Time (Contractual)Key Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and following up. Handle onboarding formalities for new joiners including documentation and induction. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Maintain employee records, HRMS, and documentation. Support attendance, leave, and payroll coordination. Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, celebrations, and  team events. Prepare letters (offer, confirmation etc) and other HR documentation. Manage exit formalities and ensure compliance with HR policies. Coordinate with external vendors for HR-related services and ensure timely processing of invoices and agreementsKey Skills:• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).• Familiarity with HRMS tools and basic HR compliance.• Good organization & multitasking skills.Qualifications:Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.1–2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles.If you're driven, people-oriented, and eager to make an impact, we'd love to hear from you
