Job Title:
Virtual Wedding Project Assistant (Client & Event Coordination)
Location: Remote
Work Schedule: 5 days/week, 12 PM – 9 PM Singapore time.
Positions: 2 candidates will be hired on trial; 1 will be shortlisted for long-term after 1 month based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand requirements, updates, and expectations.
- Coordinate between clients, the sales team, and project leaders to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Plan wedding schedules (ceremonies, receptions, and related functions).
- Research new ideas and inspirations to improve event experiences.
- Communicate with vendors and partners to align deliverables.
- Track and follow up on tasks, ensuring no deadlines are missed.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and updates for management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Client Communication:
- 100% of client requests acknowledged within 24 hours.
- Positive feedback rating ≥ 90%.
- Project Coordination:
- All assigned tasks updated daily in CRM/project tools.
- Zero missed event milestones.
- Vendor & Team Coordination:
- All vendor commitments confirmed and followed up until delivery.
- No communication gaps between client and internal team.
- Proactivity:
- Minimum 3 improvement ideas or recommendations each month.
- Consistent weekly reports submitted without delay.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in event planning, coordination, or virtual assistance.
- Strong English communication (written & spoken). Tamil or Hindi a plus.
- Skilled in project management tools such as Zoho Projects, Trello, or
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem solving.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
Compensation
- Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹40,000 INR/month (≈ SGD $450 – $640).
- Performance-based bonus opportunities.
- 1-month trial with 2 candidates; only 1 will be confirmed for long-term.
