We are seeking a dedicated and organized Virtual Assistant to join our team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be focused on the execution of various administrative tasks and community management. We will provide you with the necessary guidance and instructions to complete these tasks.

Key responsibilities:
1. Scheduling meetings.

2. Taking minutes of meetings.

3. Administrative tasks.

4. Preparing various spreadsheets and documents.

5. Keeping online records.

6. Organizing managers' calendars.

7. Performing market research.

8. Creating presentations, as assigned.

9. Addressing employees' administrative queries.

10. Any other task as instructed.

1. You are available to work US hours

2. Willing to learn and put in the work.

3. You have fluency in using tech tools (Slack, various AI tools, G-suite, etc.)

4. You have advanced communication skills to be able to liaise effectively with different departments and team members.

Skills required: English Proficiency (spoken and written )

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
