Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support all chefs and kitchen staff (pastry, doughsheeter, cake finishing, savory).
  • Ensure all processes follow standard operating procedures.
  • Conduct strict quality control – taste, approve, and monitor products before dispatch.
  • Manage Swiggy/Zomato stock levels and ensure replenishment.
  • Track and plan ingredient requirements – daily and fortnightly.
  • Use Excel/Google Sheets for inventory management and task tracking.
  • Train, mentor, and discipline staff when required.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and equipment standards.

Skills & Attributes Required

  • Strong leadership and communication.
  • Ability to multitask in a busy kitchen.
  • Keen eye for detail, presentation, and taste.
  • Experience in baking, pastries, and kitchen management.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to motivate, train, and retain staff.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of experience in bakery operations or kitchen management.
  • Hands-on experience in breads, pastries, and cakes.
  • Team leadership experience is mandatory.
  • Formal culinary certification is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
