About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development to join our team. The role involves client interaction, lead generation, and fieldwork. If you have a passion for sales and business growth, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career in business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and visit potential clients to pitch company products and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
  • Present and demonstrate offerings to prospective clients.
  • Follow up with leads to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team for strategy development.
  • Submit daily and weekly reports on progress and activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Own vehicle is mandatory for field visits.
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA/Marketing/IT preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Passion for sales and customer relationship building.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
