Renewals Manager

Description

Require someone from GI industry with atleast 3 years of relevant experience

  • Supporting retention through business strategy and analysis.
  • Benchmarking industry retention conversions, processes, online platforms through information collected via internal and external sources.
  • Interacting with business and retention teams to drive retention.
  • Strengthening existing process and designing new & improved processes.
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders to develop interfaces across all customer touchpoints for seamless renewal journey. – Improving customer journey.
  • Designing R & R programs and driving the same.
  • Any other retention product related activity
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
