Key responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with channel partners to drive timely and efficient policy renewals.
  • Monitor renewal performance across partner accounts and share actionable insights for improvement.
  • Resolve partner queries and escalations related to renewals, ensuring high satisfaction and minimal churn.
  • Coordinate renewal campaigns and initiatives with partners to maximize retention rates.
  • Provide training and support to partners on renewal processes, tools, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Tech, customer service) to streamline partner renewal workflows.
  • Track and report KPIs such as renewal conversion rates, persistency, partner engagement, and customer retention.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewal cycle and enable partners to leverage them.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies in all partner renewal activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, renewal outcomes, and feedback using MS office or CRM systems.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation or Post-Graduation in any discipline
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive results.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
