As an
Account Manager – Renewals
, you will be responsible for managing member relationships, ensuring timely renewals, and maximizing member retention. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding members through their healthcare coverage, resolving queries, and highlighting the value of staying with Even.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end renewal lifecycle of assigned member accounts.
  • Engage with members via calls, WhatsApp, and email to drive timely renewals.
  • Build strong relationships with members by understanding their healthcare needs and offering suitable plan options.
  • Educate members about policy benefits, continuity advantages, and new product features.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (medical, claims, operations) to resolve member queries promptly.
  • Achieve monthly renewal and retention targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and renewal status in CRM tools.
  • Provide feedback to the team on member needs and market trends.

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with members.
  • Target-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Good understanding of healthcare/insurance domain preferred (not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Empathy, patience, and professionalism in handling sensitive healthcare-related discussions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 0 –3 years of experience in account management, renewals, or customer success (healthcare/insurance background preferred).
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn may also apply.
