As an
Account Manager – Renewals
, you will be responsible for managing member relationships, ensuring timely renewals, and maximizing member retention. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding members through their healthcare coverage, resolving queries, and highlighting the value of staying with Even.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end renewal lifecycle of assigned member accounts.
- Engage with members via calls, WhatsApp, and email to drive timely renewals.
- Build strong relationships with members by understanding their healthcare needs and offering suitable plan options.
- Educate members about policy benefits, continuity advantages, and new product features.
- Collaborate with internal teams (medical, claims, operations) to resolve member queries promptly.
- Achieve monthly renewal and retention targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and renewal status in CRM tools.
- Provide feedback to the team on member needs and market trends.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with members.
- Target-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of healthcare/insurance domain preferred (not mandatory).
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Empathy, patience, and professionalism in handling sensitive healthcare-related discussions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 0 –3 years of experience in account management, renewals, or customer success (healthcare/insurance background preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn may also apply.
