E-Commerce Sales Support Specialist
, you'll play a key role in guiding customers through their shopping journey, recovering lost opportunities, and delivering a premium experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do

  • Drive Sales:
    Proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, promoting offers, and guiding customers toward the best purchase decisions.

  • Recover Opportunities:
    Handle abandoned carts, missed checkouts, repeat purchase reminders, customer follow-ups, and post-purchase engagement to convert leads into sales.

  • Represent the Brand:
    Maintain premium communication standards by reflecting the brand's tone, values, and professionalism in every interaction.

  • Insights & Reporting:
    Track customer conversations, share common trends, and provide feedback to internal teams to enhance customer experience and sales performance.

What We're Looking For

  • At least
    1 year of experience
    in customer service, e-commerce support, or online sales
  • Comfortable with
    upselling, cross-selling, cart recovery, and sales-driven communication
  • Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi)
  • Experience with support channels like phone, chat, email, WhatsApp, or CRM tools
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to convert conversations into conversions
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and highly organized
