We are launching a high-scale, multi-service platform connecting customers with vendors seamlessly. Our app is built on Flutter for mobile and for backend. We are seeking a Senior Mobile Lead to take full ownership of the app, improve features, fix bugs, and guide ongoing development.

Role Overview


• Take complete ownership of the Flutter mobile app


• Understand and work with backend APIs


• Fix bugs, improve performance, and implement new features


• Coordinate releases to Play Store & App Store


• Work closely with QA and UI/UX to ensure smooth user experience


• Suggest and implement improvements for scalability and reliability


• Guide future feature development and enhancements

Responsibilities


• Own the app's technical roadmap and code quality


• Integrate mobile app with backend services


• Maintain and improve app performance, stability, and user experience


• Coordinate with QA for testing and issue resolution


• Implement push notifications, analytics, and crash reporting via Firebase


• Suggest improvements for workflow, vendor onboarding, and user journey


• Provide guidance for future backend or web panel improvements

Must-Have Skills


• 4–9 years of experience in Flutter mobile development


• Strong understanding of backend (API integration, database queries, basic troubleshooting)


• Experience with Firebase services (Analytics, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics)


• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps


• Ability to read, understand, and suggest improvements in backend code


• Experience in marketplace, booking, or wallet-based apps preferred
