*Qualifications*


• Experience in team management and development Strong sales and target achievement skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders and ensure compliance

Proficiency in training and providing support to agents

Strong relationship-building and customer service skills

Bachelor's degree
in Business, Marketing, or related field

Experience in the insurance or healthcare industry is a plus
