Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Showroom Manager at our location in Chittorgarh. The Showroom Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and create positive customer experiences. Responsibilities include managing sales teams, maintaining the showroom's visual standards, and developing strategies to drive sales and improve performance. Additionally, the role requires effective communication with customers, resolution of queries, and ensuring smooth transactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience to deliver outstanding service and address client needs effectively
  • Proficiency in Sales and an ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a showroom environment
  • Experience in showroom operations, including management and maintenance of display standards
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and team members
  • Skills in team leadership and motivation to ensure optimal team performance
  • Ability to work on-site in Chittorgarh and manage daily showroom activities
