Job Title: Halwai (Sweet Maker)

Location: Janvika Mishthan Bhandar, Chittorgarh, Rajasthan

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)

About Us:

Janvika Mishthan Bhandar is a traditional sweet shop in Chittorgarh known for its authentic taste, quality ingredients, and wide variety of Indian sweets. We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Halwai who can prepare delicious and high-quality sweets and snacks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare a wide range of Indian sweets (like Gulab Jamun, Rasgulla, Ladoo, Barfi, Kaju Katli, etc.)
• Make traditional snacks (like Samosa, Kachori, Namkeen, etc.) when required
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area
• Manage ingredient stock and report shortages timely
• Ensure consistent taste, texture, and presentation of sweets
• Work with shop staff for smooth daily operations
• Take care of kitchen equipment and utensils properly

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Halwai or Sweet Maker
• Expertise in traditional Indian sweets preparation
• Knowledge of pure ghee and milk-based sweets preferred
• Should maintain cleanliness and work discipline
• Must be punctual, reliable, and responsible
