All Rounder Chef

We are looking for a skilled All Rounder Chef with 4 to 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and be able to work well under pressure.

Roles and Responsibility

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other chefs to plan menus and ensure efficient food preparation.
• Develop new recipes and menus to keep culinary offerings fresh.
• Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented safely, meeting quality control standards.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a chef in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel setting.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
