Minimum 2 years in Channel Sales and Project Sales (Distributor/Retailers / Builder /Channel Partner)

Salary:

CTC ₹ 2.76 to 3.36 lacs per Annum+ (Negotiable as per experience and depend on expertise and and interview, No bar for Right Candidate)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Sr. Sales Executive / Area Sales Manager to manage and expand our distributor and dealer network in the Chittorgarh -Rajasthan region. The ideal candidate should have experience in channel sales within the building materials or construction chemicals industry.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, Builders and channel partners.

· Identify new market opportunities and expand the dealer/distributor network.

· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

· Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability and visibility.

· Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide effective solutions.

· Coordinate with internal teams (Logistics, Accounts, and Marketing) for smooth operations.

· Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports.

· Ensure timely collection of payments from the channel partners.

Key Requirements:

· Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is a plus)

· Minimum 2 years of experience in channel sales and project sales in relevant industries

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

· Self-motivated and target-oriented

· Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools

· Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory
