Job Description: Telecalling Executive – Retention & Customer Support

We operate through website sales, marketplaces, and a strong tele consultation model supported by expert Ayurveda doctors.

Role Overview

We are seeking customer-focused Telecalling Executives to manage retention orders, refill follow-ups, customer queries, and post-purchase support. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in telecalling or retention roles.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Retention & Refill Management

  2. Handle retention call lists for product replenishment cycles.

  3. Increase reorder rate by explaining product benefits and doctor recommendations.
  4. Book refill orders accurately in Odoo.
  5. Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

  6. Customer Query Handling

  7. Resolve product usage, dosage, and general queries.

  8. Coordinate with doctor consultation team for medical questions.
  9. Handle delivery issues, AWB tracking, damaged/wrong items, refunds, and replacements.

  10. Telecalling Operations

  11. Make outbound calls to existing customers and follow-up lists.

  12. Maintain calling targets and update call notes in Odoo.
  13. Schedule callbacks with accurate tagging.

  14. Order Booking & CRM Handling (Odoo)

  15. Create fresh and repeat orders accurately.

  16. Validate customer details and ensure proper tagging.
  17. Coordinate with warehouse for fulfillment.

  18. Coordination with Internal Teams

  19. Work closely with doctors, tele-sales supervisors, warehouse, and customer experience teams.

  20. Retention Metrics & Reporting

  21. Track performance metrics including conversion %, talk-time, CSAT, and resolution time.

Required Skills & Competencies

Must-Have Skills

  • Minimum 2 years experience in telecalling/retention roles
  • Strong English & Hindi communication
  • Good selling and customer handling skills
  • Experience with CRMs (Odoo preferred)
  • Health/wellness domain knowledge preferred

Education

Minimum: 12th pass; Preferred: Graduate with experience in customer-facing roles.

Compensation

Competitive salary + performance incentives.

Work Schedule

6 days a week, rotational shifts (8–8.5 hours).
